Tomasito Z. Academia is the Chairman of F9 Property Development & Consultancy Inc. He is currently Vice President for the Visayas of the Philippine Association of REALTORS® Boards, Inc. (PAREB), the national organization of licensed real estate brokers. He is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser here in the Philippines and the United States. He is also a licensed real estate consultant and environmentalist.
His varied qualifications and wide range of expertise, accumulated in the last forty years allows him to offer integrated and diversified professional services. Qualified to handle appraisal of land, buildings and other land improvements, and real properties; do business valuation and rehabilitation; environmental economics and profiling, environmental benefit-cost analysis, project feasibility study preparation , urban and regional planning, site development planning, city/municipality comprehensive land use planning, property management and master development planning.
Other Achievements: He is the President of Magaca Appraisal Konsult. He is a holder of a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, Certificate of Program on Rehabilitation of Distressed Business Enterprises from the University of the Philippines, and Vice President for the Visayas of the Institute of the Philippine Real Estate Appraisers (IPREA), President-2006 of the PAREB -Cebu Realtors Board (PAREB-CEREB), PRC licensed Environmental Planner, President-Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP), Cebu Chapter, and an NGO regular member of the Cebu Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC), member of Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) and Philippine Industry Construction Association (PICA), and recently (2006) passed the real estate consultant licensure exam given by DTI, and garnered third place with a rating of 86%. |

Emily Amie L. Cabillada is the President of F9 Property Development & Consultancy Inc. She also served in the board of Cebu’s premiere organization of real estate service practitioners, PAREB-Cebu REALTORS® Board, Inc. (PAREB-CEREB) as First Vice President, Second Vice President and Assistant Secretary respectively from 2008 back to 2006.
A licensed real estate broker since 1997, she specializes in residential & commercial selling and leasing, property management and brokerage. Her long and vast experience in the different fields of real estate has earned for her a reputation of integrity, credibility and trustworthiness within the industry.
She graduated cum laude at the University of San Jose Recoletos with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Arts in Economics – Academic Units at the University of San Carlos. Her varied educational attainment, professional experience and leadership skills with different civic and professional organizations, have put her in a unique position and perspective in running a company composed of highly skilled and accomplished practitioners in the real estate profession.

She is concurrently a licensed insurance agent. Monina S. Dela Calzada is the Corporate Secretary of F9 Property Development & Consultancy Inc. She is a member of good standing, of PAREB-Cebu REALTORS Board, Inc. since 2001 and served in the board at various capacities as Board Secretary and Treasurer.
She graduated BS Commerce in Banking & Finance at the University of Cebu and attained MMBM units at the University of San Jose Recoletos. She has more than 10 years of management experience, familiar with all aspects of materials management, adept at planning and budget preparations. She has more than 6 years experience handling documentation in land development projects and specializes on documentation process for residential land development and brokerage selling. Hard working and able to multi-task effectively.

She is currently a Sales Counsellor of the College Assurance Plan. Previously Materials Manager at Aboitiz Shipping Corp; founded and manage Monz Food Products; co-founded and served as corporate secretary and Admin officer of ABCELand Property Ventures Corp.; co-founded and served as corporate secretary and Admin officer of MCJR Realty & Dev’t. Jocelyn A. Jamero is the Corporate Treasurer and VP-Finance of F9 Property Development & Consultancy, Inc. She is also a member of good standing of the PAREB-Cebu REALTORS® Board, Inc. since 2006 and served as Board Assistant Treasurer and Chairman of the Education Committee of 2008. She is the owner of All Real Estate Realty, the exclusive marketing arm of Kamalaya Residences in Minglanilla and Villagio de Dulce Vita in San Fernando, residential developments of Nexus Real Estate.
She is a graduate of BSBA Management at the University of San Carlos. She became a licensed real estate broker in 1996 and a developer of two residential subdivisions in Mactan and Consolacion. She is also currently Managing Director of Ai Technology, Inc., a U.S. based corporation involved in house/building design and house construction, engineering services, on-line school and I.T. solutions.

She is previously the President/CEO of Cellular One; President of Cebu Worth Lending Corp; Proprietor of Cebu Flower Stop; Liaison Officer of GF International Export; Executive Secretary and Liaison Officer of Star Traders Corp; a director of Rotary Club of Gloria Maris; a member of the Brotherhood of Christian for Businessman and Professionals.

Gerry B. Yangyang is the VP-Operations / Legal of F9 Property Development & Consultancy Inc. He is also the owner of Cebu Realty and Brokerage. He established this realty firm way back in 1995, a year after he passed as a licensed real estate broker. The monumental existence of more than twelve (12) years of his firm is a proof of excellence and effectiveness in Real Estate selling.
He joined PAREB-Cebu REALTORS® Board, Inc. in 2005 and served as its President in 2008.
Other Achievements:
He is also a co-founder of The Society of Cebu Realty Firms, Inc. which has currently 22 realty firms in its roster. A graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Psychology in La Salle College, Bacolod City. He took up also Philosophy, Theology in Maryhill School of Theology and Bachelor of Laws in the University of the Visayas. He used to be a CICM seminarian for nine long years.

Caroline B. Borres is the VP-Internet/Information Technology of F9 Property Development & Consultancy, Inc. Handling the Multi-listing Service and Website Management tasks. She is an active member of the PAREB-Cebu REALTORS®Board, Inc. and served as the Board Secretary in 2007 and P.R.O. in 2008. She served as chairman of various committees in the organization such the Multi-listing Service, Website & I.T. Management and Sunshine & Fellowship Committees. Also served as member of other committees like the Education, Real Estate Expo 2008, and 2007 National Convention Organizing Committees.
Her area of specialization in real estate is commercial offices leasing and renovation, and selling of subdivision projects, condominiums and memorial projects.
Other Achievements:
A licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer, she graduated from the University of San Carlos. Her work experience includes handling tasks as a Computer Officer in Innodata Philippines, Inc., a data processing company; Computer Officer of Tobama Corporation, a furniture export company; Pre-need Sales Councilor of Pacific Plans; Regional Director of Lifestyles Philippines, a network marketing company. She was also an enthusiast in the commercial electronics vocational activities in the then National Manpower and Youth Council (NMYC), now known as TESDA, and finished computer literacy and software programming courses from the Systems Technology Institute (STI).

Rufilo “Ruffy” Laurel Toledo is the VP for Administration of F9 Property Development & Consultancy, Inc. He is the past president of PAREB-Cebu REALTORS® Board, Inc. in 2007 and currently sits as an adviser of the Board. He joined the real estate industry as a licensed real estate broker in 2001 and established his own realty firm, RACLAND REALTY, dealing in real estate selling and development of his company-owned properties. He is also the proprietor of Total Lumber & Construction Supply.
He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering at the Cebu Institute of Technology and was a Department Head at the San Miguel Corp. – Glass Plant. He was also a Sales Engineer at Smith, Bell & Co. and Installation Engineer at Universal Cement Co.
Other Achievements:
He is a past director and incumbent Auditor of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME), Cebu Chapter, incumbent director of the Cebu Institute of Technology Alumni Association, Inc., past president of the Danao Professionals Organization, past treasurer of the Rotary Club of Danao and past director of the Mandaue Jaycees.
He was awarded the Outstanding Alumnus Award in the Field of Community Service by the CIT Alumni Association, Inc; Outstanding Mechanical Engineer in the Field of Entrepreneurship by the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME), Cebu Chapter, and Outstanding Committee Chairman by the Mandaue Jaycees.

Ma. Corazon A. “Coco” Dela Fuente is the VP- Marketing of F9 Property Development & Consultancy, Inc. She is also a General Agency Manager of Manila Memorial Park since 2001 and currently holds the position as Marketing Consultant for Bogo Memorial Park.
Her real estate profession started from her family owned properties way back 1993. She is a licensed real estate broker since 1997, specializing in subdivision project, brokerage & memorial park.
She joined PAREB-Cebu REALTORS® Board, Inc. in 2006, and served in the board as Director, Assistant Treasurer & 2nd Vice President. She is actively involved in CFC- Singles for Christ since 1994, being a chapter head for 3 years.
Other Achievements:
She is known for her true service and commitment to work. She is a consistent Top Agency Manager of Manila Memorial Park from 2002-2008. She has received awards of recognition for her invaluable services & support to all committees she chaired in PAREB-CEREB, such as Chairman, Education Committee, Vice-Chairman, Special Events Committee, Chairman, MLS Committee, among others.

Leticia “Letty” Belcina Tautoan is the VP for Sales of F9 Property Development & Consultancy Inc. She is a member in good standing of PAREB-CEREB Cebu REALTORS® Board, Inc. since 1999 and served as Board Director for two years from 2007 up to 2008. A Real Estate Broker since 1997, she specializes in project selling. She was an Incorporator and President of Deltaland Realty Services Center Inc. for 5 years and a founding member of the Society of Cebu Realty Firm Owners Inc and also the Owner and Managing Broker of Belcina Realty.
Other Achievements:
She is a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Fishery Major in Fish Culture and passed the fishery biologist civil service exam. A consistent top seller in major development projects in Cebu, she has been awarded by top developers such as Aboitizland, Maria Luisa Estate Properties, and Crown Communities, among others.
